Syslog alert not generated on gateway

Problem:
You were unable to retrieve frames in Operation Maange syslogs, to send alerts related to these frames.

CAUSE:

Upon arrival of a frame syslog, it is parsed using the locale. The parameters used are not good and should absolutely be made English/ United kingdom

RESOLUTION:

This problem is Bugfix identified but uncommon (Marbut solely has problematic regionalization). He been corrected in last version Ops Mgr (Ops Mgr R2)
The Workaround proposed is putting Regional settings English. This can by cons impacts other applications using also.
